PROMOTION POLICY

- You can Exchange size only

- If you need to return or change one item from a promotional offer, for example: Buy X Get Y, the promotion will be canceled ( Out of the promotion )and you will be charged the full price of the second item.

1.  Refunds are acceptable within a period of 14 days of purchase (as per invoice date)

2.  All Credit/Debit Card refunds will be credited back to the original payment card used for the transaction

3.  Please note that it may take up to 15 on working days to process your refund after we have received your returned item(s)

4.  It may take up to 15 days on working days for the amount to reflect in your Credit/Debit Card after refund is processed

5.  The product must be in its original packaging andin a sellable condition with relevant tags attached. Goods found to be dirty, stained, damaged, torn or abused will not be entertained for refund

6.  For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned as soon as their packaging has been unsealed: [shoe soles, socks, Swimming Wear and Lingerie cleaning products]

7.  Please note that Shipping fee is not refundable. However, if refund is due to a manufacturing defect or damage of product during the delivery process then the Service and delivery charges are fully refundable. However, Value Added Tax (VAT) on the product will be refunded

EXCHANGE

·  Exchanges are acceptable within a period of 14 days of purchase (as per invoice date)

·  Exchange product value should be equal or higher than the original purchase

·  The product must be in its original packaging and in a sellable condition with relevant tags attached. Goods found to be dirty, stained, damaged, torn or abused will not be entertained for exchange

·  Please note that only ONE TIME EXCHANGE of product is allowed within 14 days of purchase (as per invoice date)

·  For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned as soon as their packaging has been unsealed: [shoe soles, socks, Swimming Wear and Lingerie cleaning products]

Steps of an exchange request:

1.  We will send you a courier in 48 hours to receive the item.

2.  Once the item reaches the store in 2 working days.

3.  The replaced item will be sent to you in 2-3 working days.

Steps of a refund request:

1.  We will send you a courier in 48 hours to receive the item.

2.  Once the item reaches the store, the refund amount will be refunded back to your bank account in 7 to 14 working days.

3.  In order to do that, your bank account details are required.

4.o   Orders Paid by Cash on Delivery:If you have paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), the money would be refunded to the Customer Bank AccountIf you have any questions about this Return / Refund Policy, please contact us:o   By E-mail: Kiabiegypt@intertex-eg.com

5.o   Orders Paid by Credit Cards/Debit Cards:If you have paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit card), the paid amount will be refunded to your card. The amount paid may take up to a month to reflect in your card statement, depending on individual’s bank process.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER?

Step 1: Make sure you have read the refund & exchange policy.

•   Is the product in its original condition?

•   Do you have the original receipt?

•   Are you making the claim within the given time period? Please double check if you meet the requirements.
