1.1 Which countries do you deliver to?
Currently, we only offer delivery within Egypt.
1.2 How long does Kiabi EG shipping take and how much does it cost?
Once we receive your order, the standard delivery time is usually 2 to 5 business days. Delivery dates may be affected during public holidays. Free shipping is available for orders above EGP 2,000.
1.3 How do I track my Kiabi EG order?
You can track the shipment progress of your Kiabi EG order using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. By clicking on the tracking number, you will be redirected to the carrier’s tracking page to view the status of your delivery.
1.4 There is no update on my order.
The carrier tracking page is updated regularly. If you do not see any movement within 2 business days, please contact our Customer Service team and provide your order number. We will work with our delivery partner to locate your order.
1.5 My order was supposed to be delivered, but I have not received it.
